We offer a curated collection of premium haberdashery products, including sewing machines, tools and accessories, all under one roof, to inspire your next masterpiece.

We do not offer tailoring services. We have Sewing Experts who share their wisdom & guidance with the clients in 'Stitch-it-Yourself' activities/workshops. Clients get to make their own products themselves under the supervision of the Sewing Experts. We also offer Custom Workshops if there is something specific you want to make yourself but do not find the option in our ready workshop list. If you are comfortable with a sewing machine already, we also offer in-store rental service. Our experts will guide you on how many hours, and costing for the same.

No payment refund is allowed to the customer in any form. For sewing products: We offer an exchange policy within 15 days, provided the product remains in its original, sealed packaging and on presenting a valid receipt. For sewing machines: Servicing is provided subject to standard warranty terms & conditions only on presenting a valid receipt. For sewing experiences: There is no exchange or refund once a workshop is booked. You can, of course, reschedule your workshop within 3 months of purchasing the same. We nurture the love for sewing in children as young as 6 year old. Depending on their skills, interest and learning abilities, we can even curate an experience specific to the kids or offer them our adult workshops. Please visit out workshops page and choose from the 'Kids Workshops' we have on offer.

At this time, we do not offer online classes. We believe in the tactile experience of learning in-person, which is why we conduct hands-on workshops. But we are always open to hear from you, so if you are keen, send us an email with your suggestion.

Absolutely! Our Introduction to Sewing course is designed to help beginners master the basics of using a sewing machine.

Yes, we do offer unique birthday/bachelorette/baby shower party experiences with a creative twist! We can host upto 20 guests for our events. If you would like to host an event at The hab by Usha, please feel free to get in touch with us and we would love to make it happen for you.

We offer delivery for nearby locations, though any delivery charges will need to be covered by the client. If the order is more than 25k, we do offer free delivery service within 20km radius of the store.
